Hello, I'm Stefano and this is what you are seeing is my dream, a complex dream but not impossible to reach. Two years ago I started laying the groundwork and today together with my wife we are ready to leave. I am proud of myself for these confectioneries because in my dream they are also those of many people, we know that it will not be a walk but God knows my heart and besides creating new and numerous jobs, I chose to financially support a famous international association, for the moment I can not name it because I'm waiting for the contract that I will sign with them but soon you'll know everything. Until now I still work in the family patisserie, a company founded in 1967 by the wish of my second father, where the recipe we will make in the United States is born.
